Pet & Service Animal Policy

The Hudson Inn welcomes service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Guests with service animals are not required to pay any pet fees or sign a pet agreement. Service animals must be under control at all times and may be removed if they pose a direct threat or are not housebroken.

For guests traveling with pets or emotional support animals (which are not considered service animals under the ADA), the following rules apply:
  • All pets must be registered with the office and owners must sign the Pet Agreement.
  • A non-refundable pet fee of $20 per night applies.
  • Dogs must be on a leash or carried in arms at all times outside of the guest room.
  • Dogs are not permitted in the pool or breakfast areas.
  • Owners must clean up after their pets or be subject to additional fees.
  • No pets may be left unattended in rooms.
  • Only domestic dogs are permitted, with a limit of one dog per room.
  • Any pet showing aggressive behavior must be removed from the property.
