The Hudson Inn is a privately-owned company. Liability for loss or damage to guest property is pursuant to state law. Vehicles parked on-site do so at the owner's risk and The Hudson Inn assumes no liability for damage or theft. Changes to your reservations require a minimum of 24-hour advance notice and changes in length of stay may result in changes to your nightly rate and or taxes. The Hudson Inn is 100% non-smoking including all tobacco, marijuana, and vapor products. Any guest smoking in the hotel will be charged up to $500 USD per occurrence. Guests traveling with a pet must register with the office, follow all pet policies and provide a non-refundable pet fee. Pets not registered or found in non-pet rooms will be charged up to $250. I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or association fails to pay the full amount of these charges.
Changes or cancellations to your reservation require a 24-hour advance notice. Cancellations made after this notice are subject to one night's room + tax. Changes to the reservation may result in changes in rate as well as taxes.
To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and Hotel Team Members, all service animals and emotional support dogs must be registered with the office, agree and sign the pet agreement and comply with all rules and regulations of the property. Pet Walk areas are provided, and each owner is responsible for picking up after their dog and proper disposal of waste. Failing to clean up after your dog could lead to additional fees and fines. Dogs are not allowed in the pool room or breakfast areas. Dogs must be on a leash or in the owner's arms at all times while not in the room. There is a zero tolerance for
any dog showing aggressive behavior and will be removed from the property. Domestic dogs only. There is a 1 dog maximum per unit. Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the hotel room. Any damages to the room or public areas will be the responsibility of the pet owner. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $20 per night. Please refer to the Pet Agreement for all rules and pet restrictions.
