A Taste of Italy is a newly established Italian restaurant located within The Hudson Inn at 200 East Highway 28, Morris, MN. As the only exclusive Italian dining establishment in Morris, we offer a diverse menu featuring an array of pastas, pizzas -including gluten-free options- , fish and steak dishes. Our restaurant prides itself on providing white-glove service tailored to the blue-collar community, welcoming guests of all ages and palates.

The Hudson Inn, a full-service hotel, has recently undergone extensive updates to enhance guest experience. Some of our amenities include a bar and grill, a swimming pool, and a conference center. The on-site bar and restaurant operate daily from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
